Almost everyone likes to travel. I am not sure, but I have to do it on budget. If you are looking for ideas on how to travel cheap with your family, I’ve gathered together a few clues that can help you.

If you want a vacation on the beach, try to get some of the relatives together and split the rent on the beach. This will save you money in several ways. First and foremost, rental costs will be shared between all of you, and second, you will save money on food because you can cook many of their own in the place you rent. My family did this one year, we split between 3 families and this is one of the most memorable vacation I have ever. It’s right on the beach and great fun to get up and walk the length of the beach without a crowd a lot and no rush to go anywhere. We ate out a lot, but we save quite a bit to cook quite a few of our own food. It’s fun.

Another low cost idea is great at how cheap is a camping trip. Now I will admit I am not a camper unless I have a lot of electricity, air conditioning, shower, etc. But I know that there are many people who truly enjoy the great outdoors complete with tents and sleeping bags. The kids really love it too! So if you are the outdoors type, try it on your next vacation and save some serious money at the same time. I can not guarantee this personally but people who know say it’s really fun.
